U can restart someone's PC by only one click....show to ur friends....
write it in notepad
shutdown -s -t 0
then save it and named Click Here.bat....remember .bat is must..use any name which u like but type .bat in end except .txt.....ok.....
and save it on ur Desktop or anywhere u like...then open it...or give it to ur friend
ur computer will shutdown in 0 seconds...
use shutdown -r -t 0
if u want to restart his/her PC...
or u can try this.....
Run -> cmd -> shutdown -s -t 0
To prevent the shutdown.....use shutdown -a
shutdown -s -t 0 = this is for shut down in 0 seconds (t = time s=shutdown)
shutdown -r -t 0 = same but this is for restart comp. in 0 seconds..
use any no. in except 0 to change shutdown time....

World Safest Countries........
The 2009 Global Peace Index has ranked New Zealand as the safest country in the world based on the low likelihood of violence and violent crimes. It is also lowest when it comes to hostility to foreigners.
2.Denmark
Both Denmark and Norway have been ranked by the Index as the second-safest countries to live in based on the factors of human rights and political stability. They also have the lowest scores on gender inequality.

4.Japan
The country is the Asian winner, scoring very low on military expenditure and number of armed service personnel. It stands seventh in the list.

And at last, a North American country makes the list. Canada stands eighth in the list.

Maybe the Index ignored the recent racist attacks on Indians in Australia. But still, we must remember that it is as yet not too difficult to get into that country. And people have been living peacefully there for a while. Australia is 19th in the list.
7.Oman and Qatar
Both Oman and Qatar hold the 21st position, based on their relations with neighbouring countries.
8.Bhutan
This country performs well on human rights and is low on violent crimes. It is 40th in the list.
